The money
25% every week. Up to 30% at quarter end.
The truck earns, you earn. Gross $100,000 or more in a quarter and your rate goes up for the whole quarter.
Example: the truck grosses $12,000 in a week. 25% is $3,000. An example, not a promise.
Quarterly performance bonus
- Quarterly target: $100,000 gross.
- +1 percentage point for every $2,000 above $100,000.
- Maximum 30% at $110,000 and up.
- The rate you earn applies to the entire quarter's gross. The difference above the 25% already paid comes at quarter end.

The money
A cut of every load. 25–30%.
Where you start depends on your flatbed experience. Where you go depends on how you run.

- Truck gross
- $12,000
- At 25%
- $3,000
- At 30%

The truck grosses more, you make more. The truck grosses less, you make less. That is how percentage pay works.

Who we are
Started by a driver. Still run like one.
Pro Star Logistics was founded by a former truck driver. If you've driven, you know the feeling: stuck at a dock with nobody answering, or opening a settlement that doesn't match what you were told.
So we built the opposite. Dispatch that answers day and night. Our own terminal and shop. Pay you can check with a calculator.
